by Elaine – I haven’t found any comparison to this probiotic, that is, with the off the shelf drug store brands anyway. My IBS disappeared very quickly after I started taking Probiotics 12 Plus. My skin even started to look better after a while of taking this stuff, which is a great benefit of a hormonal 40-something woman! I don’t eat right and consume a lot of sugar and stay stressed out most of the time. I believe probiotics have balanced out my body to where it should be and strengthened my immune system.
