The chart above contains the current top ten probiotic supplements based on consumer reviews. I personally take the Primal Defense Ultra probiotic and love it. It has a variety of different bacteria strains that I feel create the perfect balance that I need to maintain a healthy intestinal tract and digestive system.
This probiotics supplement reviews comparison is purely to help you decide on which probiotic supplement may be right for you. I’ve tried several and ended up with Primal Defense, which works best for me. Others had good results, but not great. Keep in mind that what works for one person may not always work for someone else – and that you may need to try a few different probiotic brands in order to find the one that works best for you.
As always, the disclaimer has to state that you should consult with your doctor and that I am not a doctor. However, I believe that people need to take more control of their health instead of relying solely on big pharma to help them. Taking probiotic supplements is one way that I take personal responsibility for my own health. Perhaps you should consider it as well, but check with your doctor first.
