Authors Note: A lot of people want to know how probiotics are going to effect them when they decide to swallow their first capsule. So, I thought I would share, very frankly, my results when I first started taking Primal Defense Ultra and where I was a few months later. For the record, I had already been taking a probiotic prior to starting with Primal Defense and did not have the same results.

OK, let’s just say that I should have bought stock in whoever makes Charmin toilet paper during the first month!

I did not start with the 3 capsules per day that it recommends on the bottle. I started with 1 per day and have stayed at 1 per day. However, even on 1 capsule per day, I noticed dramatic results after I had been taking them a few days. I was constantly in the bathroom…I’m talking six to eight times per day and this went on for a week. There must have been one massive battle of good bacteria versus bad bacteria going on in my intestines because what was coming out was very weird looking. I eventually figured out that my body was expelling old waste after I jumped on the scale after the first two weeks and realized that I had lost 6.5 pounds.

I’m not sharing this story to be negative about this product. In fact, I highly endorse it! I’m just trying to be honest about what to expect. If the same thing happens to you, don’t worry it will be over in about a month and you’ll feel better than you have in years.

by Lora – I struggled with frequent stomach pain, vomiting and seaonal allergies. I gave Primal Defense Ultra a try, but not at the 3 capsule per day recommended dosage. I only took one capsule per day and after a few weeks the stomach pain and vomiting had almost entirely subsided. It even seems to have helped my allergies. I recommend this product to anyone who is having digestive problems.

It also appears to have resolved a skin rash, which was amazing. I believe that this product has far more benefits that what the manufacturer claims in their description.
